Commissions

I prefer to work from high-resolution jpeg image (12 megapixels and above) photograph. You can send it to me by email or download the image file into a CD. You can give me a few pictures to choose from and we can discuss which picture captures the best essence of you.

Once a direction is settled, I will take about 2 weeks to complete a pencil/charcoal drawing or a watercolour painting. An acrylic painting will usually take about 4-6 weeks to complete. My portraits will be drawn  or painted on hot-pressed watercolour paper and acrylics on cotton canvas. I use only the best artist grade paints and mediums.

I’m happy to consider adjustments to the finished portraits even after delivery. I will give a jpeg file image (to email) to the client during work progress and after work is completed.

The client is required to bank in the payment into my account when the portrait is commissioned. Travel expenses, shipping & framing are not included in the fee. I will be happy to make suggestions and/or arrangements for these if you like.
